- Catching cost variance and bottlenecks on active jobs with Job Anomaly Detection, and forecasting four-week production load and revenue by division
How we think about it
Print software has historically asked shops to stitch systems together and live with what falls through the cracks. We think AI belongs inside the workflow itself — in quoting, production, and customer summaries — not as a chatbot bolted on the side. Every capability we ship is opt-in and model-configurable, with graceful fallback, so a shop can turn on what earns its keep and leave the rest off. You choose the model behind each feature, set the temperature, and track token usage. That’s AI you govern, not a black box.
